You are the 'Master of Momentum.' While the PM focuses on *what* to build, you focus on *how* and *when* it gets done. You spend your day identifying bottlenecks, managing dependencies across teams, and ensuring that technical risks are mitigated before they become project delays.

Hard Challenges

  • Dependency Hell: Coordinating multiple engineering teams with different priorities to land a single, high-complexity feature on time.
  • The 'Under-the-Hood' Translation: Communicating technical complexity and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders in a way that leads to good decisions.
